  • Shipping

    If the total amount of your order is over 20,000 yen (tax included), we will ship it to you free of charge.

    1. If your total purchase amount is 20,000 yen (tax included) or more , we will deliver your order free of charge anywhere in Japan.
    2. If the total purchase amount is less than 20,000 yen (tax included) , shipping will be a flat rate of 1,100 yen throughout Japan. (Please note that an additional 1,000 yen will be charged for Okinawa and remote islands.)

    About Shipping

  • We will deliver your order via Sagawa Express courier. You can also specify a delivery time (free of charge).

    Once your order is placed or payment is confirmed, your item will be shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

    If there is a delay due to bad weather, the delivery company's circumstances, or any other reason, we will notify you by email.

  • Delivery times are as follows:
    Morning (8:00-12:00) 12:00-14:00 14:00-16:00 16:00-18:00 18:00-20:00 18:00-21:00 19:00-21:00

  • If you specify a delivery date, please do so within two weeks of placing your order. If you specify a delivery date after this date, we may cancel the contract.

  • Seller will not ship internationally.

  • We do not accept deliveries to overseas forwarding companies.

  • Please note that we cannot install the product or provide product information at the time of delivery.

  • If we are unable to verify the identity of the person placing the order, we will not be able to deliver the product.

  • Please note that delivery may be delayed due to traffic congestion caused by natural disasters or accidents, or abnormal weather conditions.
